Scheduling Appointments

Schedule your appointment

To schedule an appointment:

  1. On the Enrollment Credentials page, click Schedule an Appointment. Schedule an Appointment page displays
  2. Select the information for Borland Groover Clinic - Office Location section. Select the information in the Submit Request section.(Note: A Red asterisk (*) indicates a required field)
  3. Click Submit

To create an appointment request

  1. Click the Schedule an Appointment link from your NextGen Patient Portal Home page. The Appointment Request displays.
  2. Select the Practice where you want to schedule an appointment.
  3. If you are requesting an appointment from someone other than yourself, select that person from the Patient list.
  4. Select the following information in Select Provider and Location section. Select your provider, select category (type of appointment), select location. When you select the location the hours of operation will display - if the don't please contact us.
  5. To view the address fo the selected location, click the Address link.
  6. Book your appointment

  • After creating an appointment request, scroll to the Search Appointment section
  • Enter the required information, Reason for Appointment, Priority and etc
  • Click Search
  • Select an appointment from the list.
  • Once you have selected an appointment, click Book Appointment

  • Understanding Appointment Types

  • Follow Up: it has been less than 12 months since your last office appointment
  • Hospital Follow Up: your last visit with a Borland-Groover Clinic provider was an inpatient visit within the last 12 months
  • Long Follow Up: it has been more than 12 months since your last office appointment
