Andrew Brown, M.D.

Dr Brown attended the University of South Alabama where he earned his medical degree in 2001, and completed his gastroenterology fellowship at the University of South Alabama in 2007. Before joining as Gastroenterologist Borland-Groover Clinic in 2009, he worked with the Birmingham VA Medical Center as the Chief of Gastroenterology, and served as the Director of Endoscopy as well.

Dr. Brown has been instrumental in the development of the clinic’s Electronic Medical Record templates, and serves on the EMR physician development committee.
